Irrigation within your garden is a process that allows you to take water from your tap or water butt to your plants. This can be implemented by using a network of pipes that are hidden in your garden. The water can be delivered to your plants by using an irrigation timer or water timer.
By using an automatic timer that controls when your plants are water it takes all the hard work out of watering. You can have time to enjoy your garden rather than watering it! If you go away on holiday you can set up the system to water your garden at appropriate intervals and times rather than relying on someone to water your garden for you.
Most irrigation systems can be installed in a short amount of time, depending on the complexity of the system. The system is connected to your outside tap. This is best done through the use of one of our water timers. Once connected to the tap the system plugs into the bottom of the timer.
You can irrigate your garden how you wish. You can use sprinklers, drippers, sprays or whatever method suits your needs. For example you could use drippers close to the roots of your plants in order to save on the amount of water used in irrigating your garden.
