Drip Irrig Starter Kit.

This kit is easy to install and extend and uses constant flow, 4 litres per hour, drippers.  It contains:

65 components including: 15 metres of 13mm black Polytube, 10 Econo Drippers, 8 Spike Drippers, 20 Joiners for 5mm tube, 10 Ratchet Clamps for 13mm tube, and also: 13mm Tees, 13mm Elbows, 13mm Straight Joiner, End Stop Rings, Hole Punch, plugs, 13mm Click-on Barb (this connects to a standard click-on fitting on your hosepipe). Now also includes 10 mounting clips for 13mm Polytube (for hanging baskets).

 How to fit 5mm Polytube to the 13mm tube:-

1. Pierce a hole in the side of the 13mm tube near the pot or plant, using the Garden Magic Hole punch (this comes with 20 plugs to plug unwanted holes).
2. Insert a 5mm Barbed Joiner.  This is a double ended straight connector with a small flange in the middle to stop you pushing it in too far.
3. Then push the 5mm tube over the free end of this connector - and your connection is made !

Have enough tube to reach to the centre of the pot or basket.  Cut it at that point and insert a dripper.

End-stop Ring.  This stops the end of the 13mm Polytube.  Simply bend the tube over until it kinks, then push it through the ring to retain it.  It is an effective way of blocking the end of the tube.
